Portugal Telecom, SGPS S.A. (“PT”) informs that Norges Bank now holds less than 5% of the voting rights corresponding to the share capital of PT.
Such new holding resulted from the sale, on 19 November 2010, of a total of 1,685,000 PT shares.
Additionally, PT was informed that, as a result of the above mentioned transaction, a holding of 44,324,863 ordinary shares representing 4.94% of PT’s share capital and corresponding voting rights is now attributed to Norges Bank.
