To control costs, MIX proposes minimum communication consumption and the possibility to pay the surplus value by monthly invoicing or through Cash point debits. The consultation of costs is done through calling a free phone number or sending an SMS, and one can also receive an SMS alerting you before you reach minimum consumption.
The minimum monthly consumption of the MIX tariff can be used to make any type of communication, including voice calls, video calls, SMS’s, MMS’S and 3G access or GPRS and WAP. Roaming communications are not included in the minimum monthly consumption nor in the rechargeable balance.
