The new concept of TMN stores favours interactivity. Those who visit the TMN store in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, can now try equipments and accessories and get quick answers to doubts on the best personal or professional solution according to the use they make of their mobile.
The Parque das Nações store has 7 assistance spots and various demonstration areas within an area of 100 square metres where the blue of the new TMN brand and plenty of light prevail. The assistance spots are open and functional with display receptacles accessible to the public.
The catalogue and the photo-coupon are the premières and stars of this TMN area.
The virtual catalogue which appears on a touch screen allows the client, through the definition of some requisites, to visualize from the TMN general portfolio what mobile best suits his/her needs. The client can then, autonomously, pre-select the most convenient brand and model.
The photo-coupon is an original form of personalizing the assistance coupon. Each client is told when he or she is going to be attended not only through a number but also, if he or she wishes, through a personal photo which will be projected on the screen.
The TMN store in Parque das Nações opens from Monday to Saturday at nine in the morning and on Sundays at 11 o’clock. It always closes at eight in the evening. It is located in Avenida D. João II, lote 1.16.
