The third generation and a half mobile has arrived to TMN mobile phones. Following the 3,5G data board for portable PC’s, launched in April this year, Samsung Z 560, the first TMN 3,5G mobile, has arrived at the operator’s stores
As of today, 6th July, you can already buy a Samsung Z 560 at TMN stores. This is the first 3,5G mobile of the PT Group mobile operator.
It is an exclusive launch that allows TMN clients to be the first in the world to use this technology. The 3,5 G mobiles have the recent HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) technology as base, allowing for quicker data transmission at a speed that can reach 1,8 MB per second.
All applications that depend on good performance in terms of data transmission have in this new equipment the best performance obtained to date.
The Samsung Z 560 3,5G is launched by TMN associated to the Mobile TV, a service with which you will be able to benefit from the most rapid data transmission offered by the third generation and a half. News, series, reality-shows, sports, documentaries or cartoons, distributed amongst 21 television channels, can now be seen with greater quality and definition.
The TMN Samsung Z 560 3,5G costs 489,9 euros (amount for retrieval campaign included) and is available as of 6th July at the operator’s stores. Simultaneously, a big publicity campaign on TV, Radio and in the Press will be launched.
Note that the operator launched, on 4th April, the TMN Broadband 1,8Mbps, via a data board for portable PC’s, less than two years after having rendered available the 3rd generation for its clients. In April, this launch made TMN the sixth European operator to render available the 3,5G and placed Portugal in the group of the first four European countries where this service can be used.
