Free Wi-Fi Access for the new Nintendo DS
Wednesday, April 12, 2006

As from now, players of the new Nintendo DS console can connect free of charge to other players on-line in any part of the world through the Wi-Fi access. It is simple, safe and free of charge.  These are the attractive features of the new service that arises from an agreement between PT Wi-Fi and Concentra.

The Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service is free of charge, meaning that there is no need for the payment of any subscription.  To access, the players just need to connect their console at one of the 850 PT Wi-Fi HotSpots and select, in the game options, Wi-Fi.

The Nintendo DS players can, through this new service connect to other players within the country or in any other part of the world, competing in complete safety because the connection does not allow the interference of third parties and there is no exchange of information.

With the new Nintendo DS Connection, playing video games on-line is no longer an obstacle. A simple service that can be accessed without paying at any hotspot or at home via a wireless network or a Nintendo USB Wi-Fi adaptor, at the normal cost of a broadband connection.
