With the aim of encouraging innovation, the GSM Awards distinguish for the 11th consecutive year the best products and services of worldwide mobile operators. This year’s award received by TMN was announced and presented yesterday within the scope of the 3GSM world conference taking place in Barcelona.
In the assessment of the advantages of TMN’s innovative solution for quality within its core business, the merits of the system within the scope of effective and permanent control of service quality and its reflection in use and comfort of clients were highlighted at the GSM Awards.
Resulting from a close co-operation between TMN and Tektronix, this system allows a quantitive and qualitative assessment of performance indicators of the services and the development of efficient processes on the networks of both second and third generation.
