TV Cabo presents new client portal

TV Cabo clients now have a new portal which allows them to access various functions linked to the management of their Television, Internet and Telephone services
TV Cabo presents My TV Cabo. The new client portal which allows to subscribe and consult the electronic invoice, to configure email accounts, manage products and services, consult Internet and Telephone consumption, available at http://www.mytvcabo.pt/.
This portal is yet another bet from TV Cabo on simplicity, easy and autonomy for clients and improvements in the quality of services.
My TV Cabo is structured in five large areas:

Manage Accounts: where clients can consult and change their personal data; create a list of preferred programs (with the timetables and the synopses of the next showings), configure their internet services and create e-mail accounts;
- Products and Services: area where clients can know about products and services available in their area of residence and access the characteristics of the services;
- Consumption: here clients can consult Internet and telephone consumptions carried out daily and control the costs of the TV Cabo account;
- Invoices and Payments: area where clients can consult the last invoices, sign up for the electronic invoice, as a second copy of an invoice, change the method of payment to direct debit, consult their ATM reference to make payments, as well as see the balance of the account;
- Client Support: in this area clients can make Customer Service requests, get help of services, invoicing and payments and also see the FAQ.
We recall that TV Cabo recently renewed its site with a new graphic image which bets of customer care functions were focus is given to “Helping us improve” where clients can give their opinion and classify the company’s service areas and use “click to call” in which, with a simply click, the clients indicates a number to be contacted at for commercial clarification and subscription to services.
