Pioneer in the widening and diversification of Internet access equipment, TMN has just presented in Portugal in association with Research In Motion (RIM), two new smartphones BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8120 and BlackBerry® Curve™ 8310, available for the first time for the consumer market
TMN and RIM associated to present two new BlackBerry smartphones, an offer made to the measure of the most demanding and interested users in the access to different services anytime anywhere. They provide functionalities that enable the association of business and entertainment, conciliating the main characteristics of the products for the business market - push mail and Internet access - with multimedia.
BlackBerry Pearl 8120 and BlackBerry Curve 8310 are available for the business market from 4 and 5 euros per month, respectively. These devices can be purchased with the BlackBerry® Internet Service Light data tariff, for 7 euros per month up to 2MB, which allow sending and receiving, on average, 1000 e-mails per month.
The new BlackBerry Pearl 8120 combines the cellular network access with the Wi-Fi®, connectivity, allowing an easier access to data and contents. This new model possesses a 2 megapixels camera, bluetooth, polyphonic ringtones, handsfree talking, games, music reader and a 1GB memory card.

BlackBerry Curve 8310, the smallest and most elegant smartphone, with integrated GPS system, conciliates perfectly business functionality with the most popular multimedia tools. Its main functions, beyond GPS, are push mail, 2 megapixels camera with flashlight, instant messaging, full QWERTY keyboard, MP3 reader and a 1GB memory card.
Both devices - BlackBerry Pearl 8120 and Blackberry Curve 8310 - enable users to send and receive files, manage contacts and office agenda, in real time, access business applications as well as the Internet.
With the guarantee that these terminals have been conceived to meet the needs of a large group of customers, TMN has also integrated these two new BlackBerry models in the consumer market offer. TMN’s individual customers will thus find both BlackBerry Pearl 8120 and BlackBerry Curve 8310 for the first time in TMN’s virtual shop.
