TMN, Meo and Sapo at the forefront of quality

According to a research on Internet services carried out by DECO, TMN, Meo and Sapo ADSL are among the first in terms of quality of the Internet access service in Portugal
DECO – Portuguese Association for Consumer Defence – has conducted a study on Internet services, involving over 2 million measurements, throughout May and June 2008.
According to the results obtained, TMN’s 3.6 Mbps mobile broadband access and Meo’s 8 Mbps offerings enjoy the first position in the respective rankings, in terms of speed and connection type.
As to the Sapo ADSL services, emphasis should be given to Sapo Free’s first position in the 512kbps category, as Sapo 2 Mbps ranked second and Sapo 16 Mbps occupied a position similar to the cable offerings.
It should be highlighted that the circa 12,000 internet surfers, participating in this DECO-led research, attributed the first position to TMN in terms of users displaying the highest satisfaction level.
