Through this service, a TMN customer will be able to find out who is the Hollywood celebrity who bears the closes resemblance, which is the most similar animal, receive a photo in cartoon format, watch a preview of his/her face at the age of 21 or 64 (according to current age) or even a painting as if Picasso was drawing the customer’s portrait.
MMS Face Fun allows exploring the potential of multimedia photos and messages through an innovative photo facial recognition technology. This service has been developed by Crossmedia Avenue, which received the Best Mobile Advertising Award in 2008 at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The new service will be available for all customers in possession of a MMS-compatible device. To use the service, the customer will just need to send a multimedia message to 12333 indicating by text the required transformation and attaching the selected photo:
- Celebridadef (female) ou celebridadem (male) – to discover the celebrity who bears the closest resemblance, allowing 50 different results for each gender;
- Animal – to discover one’s own wild side producing 60 different results;
- Cartoon – to receive his/her cartoon character;
- 21 – for a preview of one’s face at this age;
- 64 – for a preview of one’s face at this age;
- Painting – as if it was an oil painting;
With MMS Fun Face, the initial customer sending as well as the confirmation and notification messages are cost-free as the service will cost €0.49 per MMS transformed successfully.
