e.escola offer from TMN is the most differentiating one

Clear e.escola program leader, TMN has just presented its new PC offering for the 2009/2010 school year.
The Insys 9761 WTUN and Insys 8748S are the two new models available in TMN’s PC offer in the scope of the e.escola program, which will soon include the Acer 5635ZG. Highlight goes to the following characteristics: high-definition 15.6” displays, graphic boards with 512 MB dedicated memory, Intel Core 2 Duo processors, 8 GB memory and 500 GB hard disks, which make TMN e.escola laptops real multimedia devices. It is worth mentioning that TMN is the only operator that offers a device with a 14.1” display, ensuring a suitable offer for those who value mobility and a lightweight laptop, without compromising performance.
The mobile operator has assumed the leading position in the e.escola project since its launch, being the first operator to present a concrete PC plus mobile broadband access offer, which took place on 21 July 2007, with the delivery of the first 400 e.escola laptops with broadband access to New Opportunities program trainees. It is worth recollecting that in November 2008, TMN had already delivered 300,000 laptops, reaching in a little more than one year the commitment assumed for the three years of duration of the program. Until now, TMN has already delivered more than 720 thousand laptops in the scope of the e.escola and e.escolinha programs, consolidating its leadership in the development and promotion of the Information and Communication Technologies.
As of today TMN will have new models available, adapted to the needs of e.escola participants, maintaining its bet on a national brand: Insys. Throughout the school year, this set of PCs will be updated with new devices, more complete in terms of functionalities and features.
