Jean-Philippe Courtois, chairman of Microsoft International, speaks about a next-generation service, in which variable costs will be reflected on benefits in terms of management of the businesses of SMEs - more productivity, with fewer resources.

Mobility, collaboration, familiarity and professionalism are advantages entirely associated with Microsoft 365 and highlighted by Claudia Goya, general director of Microsoft in Portugal.

Working from any place or device – computer or mobile are features deemed strategic. Collaboration is materialized through the possibility of conducting meetings via internet, with audio, video, screen sharing or still website creation. Also important is the familiarity issue in terms of Microsoft tools that exclude the need of training such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. The list of advantages is accrued with the fact that SMEs may reach the market in a more professional way, given the facility of design of a website and use of a customer interface using professional collaboration and communication tools.
