The biggest portal in Portugal honours the best communication initiatives on the Internet and launches the challenge to whoever wishes to apply to this online creativity contest.
Registrations are made exclusively online at the official SAPO Awards 2010 website at http://premios.sapo.pt. All works, communicated in Portugal, Angola, Cape Verde or Mozambique at a website or portal (or television channel for the Best IPTV Spots Campaign Award), for the first time, between 1 September 2009 and 31 August 2010. The registrations of works already registered in any previous edition of the SAPO Awards shall not be considered valid. Consult the regulations here.
Just like in previous years, the SAPO Awards 2010 will have three big phases:
- Registration of works by agencies;
- Voting by users;
- Award delivery ceremony
In a year that celebrates a decade of existence, besides the existing categories in previous years, the initiative includes the SAPO Mozambique Grand Prize and the Prizes per Format – Best Display, Best Rich Media, Best Video-ad, Best Mini-website, Best Institutional Website and Best Blog.
