Candidate movies shall have a maximum duration of five minutes and shall be uploaded onto http://videos.sapo.pt/ptcriativfilm, at Sapo Videos where the Rules and the Application Form (to be completed) are also available. The ten best videos will be selected from an online voting system by the public, which will take place until 28 February. From these ten videos, the best from the best will be selected, according to its originality and artistic quality by a jury from PT.

The video of the winning contestant will be available for a year at Sapo Videos as well as at the free content area of the Meo VideoClub.
