The Investor Relations Office was created in March 1995, with the goal of ensuring adequate relations with shareholders, investors and analysts, as well as with financial markets in general, and in particular, with the Stock Exchanges where PT is listed and their respective supervising authorities: CMVM and SEC.
The Investor Relations Office regularly prepares press releases, presentations and reports on quarterly, semi-annual and annual results, as well as on any relevant facts that may occur. It provides as well all sorts of clarifications to the financial community - shareholders, investors (institutional and retail) and analysts – as well as support and assistance to all shareholders exercising their respective rights |
