The Customer's Ombudsman is at the customer's disposal to deal quickly and independently with any complaints or views on telecommunications services.

The Customer's Ombudsman can make recommendations to PT's Administrative Board on how to review unsuitable decisions or procedures. In dealing with complaints or views, the Ombudsman can request and obtain all the services, information and clarification he needs to formulate an independent judgement.
