Mac Miller at MEO Sudoeste Festival
He is one of the most promising names in hip-hop worldwide and performs on August 2nd on the MEO Stage at the biggest summer festival.
Mac Miller had contact with the music world from very early on. He learned piano, drums and guitar as a child. Musical knowledge that he decided to add to his taste for words and rhymes, influenced by names like Big L, Lauryn Hill, Outkast or A Tribe Called Quest. Hip-hop thus became an inevitable path and, indeed, his true passion.
Increasingly praised by critics in 2016, he edited The Divine Feminine, an album that includes Dang! with Anderson Paak, My Favorite Part with Ariana Grande, and God Is Fair, Sexy Nasty with Kendrick Lamar, among others.
Mac Miller joins the previously announced artists The Chainsmokers, DJ Snake, Marshmello, Two Door Cinema Club, Mishlawi, Martin Garrix, Lil Wayne, Richie Campbell, Dua Lipa, Crystal Fighters and Jamiroquai on the MEO stage.
With a clear focus on diversity of genres and artists from different countries, MEO Sudoeste, show cases the best in current music while at the same time receiving, among the various audiences of various ages, hundreds of young people who are having their first holiday away from home at the festival.
