A new MEO store was inaugurated today, 15th December, in Coimbra Forum. The store does not have physical barriers between the customers and service professionals and it set up for people to try out all current services and products.
The new MEO 70m² space in Coimbra is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the customer experience and customer service through modernization of the physical stores network. The store is completely open at the front and has a spacious interior without any service desk to separate the customer service provider from the customer, the store in Coimbra will promote a closer and more emotional style of care which is suited to each customer and their consumption patterns and way of life.
Characterized by an eminently technological component, the new store will have state-of-the-art digital media for dissemination and promotion of MEO communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communications trends in the telecommunications sector.
With 6 customer service positions taken by a total of 16 specialized professionals, the new store will be open seven days a week, Sunday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Friday, Saturday and holidays, from 9 am to midnight.
