MEO has just inaugurated a new MEO Store in the 8th Avenue Shopping Center in São João Madeira with a new concept of proximity, with no physical barriers between customers and service professionals, and allowing the on-site experimentation of all services and products highlighted in the portfolio of the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal.
The new 94m² MEO space in São João da Madeira is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores. MEO's latest store, completely stripped of shop windows, with a large internal space and without any service counter separating customer service professionals from customers, promotes a style of closer and more emotional service, tailored to adapt the experience of each client to their consumption patterns and way of life.
Characterized by a notably technological component, this store, the thirteenth with these characteristics at a national level, contains state-of-the-art digital media for dissemination and promotion of MEO communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at an international level.
The new MEO Store in the 8ª Avenida Shopping Center has 5 customer service positions for a total of 10 specialized professionals. It will be running seven days a week from 10 am to 10 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday) and from 10 am to 11 pm (Friday and Saturday) and will allow all 'Sanjoanenses' a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group insignia, both in terms of the products and services of the brands MEO, MOCHE and PT Empresas and regarding technical support provided by MEO Stores throughout the country.
