Altice Portugal has just opened a new MEO Store in Amoreiras Shopping Center in Lisbon, with a new concept of proximity, with no physical barriers between customers and service professionals and designed to try out all of the products and services that MEO, the top telecommunications operator in Portugal, has in its portfolio, in the store. The new 50m² MEO space in Lisbon is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores.
MEO's most recent store which has been completely stripped of shop windows, is very spacious inside and does not have any service desks to separate those who serve from those being served, which promotes a closer and more emotional service style, aimed at adapting the experience to each client’s consumption patterns and way of life.
The new highly technological store includes state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at an international level.
The new MEO Store at the Amoreiras Shopping Center features 4 service positions for a total of 10 specialized professionals. It will be operating seven days a week, from 10 am to 11 pm, and will allow all Lisbon residents to have a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group brands, whether in terms of experimenting with products and services from the MEO, MOCHE and Altice Empresas brands, or in terms of the technical support provided by MEO Stores across the country.
