With no physical barriers between customers and service professionals and designed for trying out all services and products, this new 55 m² MEO space in Rio Tinto is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its physical store network.
MEO's most recent store, completely stripped of shop windows allowing a more spacious feel and without any service desk to separate those who serve from those served, promotes a closer and more emotional service style, aimed at adapting the experience to each client and their consumption patterns and way of life.
The new highly technological store includes state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at an international level.
The new MEO Store at the Parque Nascente Shopping Center features 4 service positions, for a total of 9 specialized professionals. It will be operating seven days a week, from 10 am to midnight, and will provide a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group brands, whether in terms of experimenting with MEO, MOCHE and Altice Empresas products and services, or in terms of technical support provided by MEO stores across the country.
