Altice Portugal has just inaugurated a new MEO Store in Barcelos, with its new concept of proximity. It has no physical barriers between customers and service professionals , and is designed to enable experimentation, in loco, of all the services and products featured in the portfolio of the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal.
The new 69 m² MEO space, inaugurated on December 17 in Barcelos is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores.
MEO's most recent large and windowless store does not have a service desk to separate those who serve from those who are served which promotes a closer and more emotional style of service and is aimed at adapting each customer's experience to their consumption patterns and way of life.
The new eminently technological store includes state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at an international level.
The new MEO Store in Barcelos has five service positions for eight specialized professionals. It will be open six days a week, from 8:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday and from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday and will allow all ‘Barcelenses’ to have a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group brands, to try out products and services from the MEO, MOCHE and Altice Empresas brands, or to get technical support available at all of the stores throughout the country.
