MEO’s physical stores were chosen by customers as "The Best Store in Portugal 2021/2022" in the Telecommunications category. This award was awarded as part of the Retailer of the Year vote promoted by Q&A Insights & Consultancy.
The Retailer of the Year poll takes place in eight European countries and aims to share consumer opinion about their favorite stores in two ways – physical stores and online stores.
In Portugal, in terms of physical stores, retail chains with at least five stores compete for the award promoted by Q&A Insights & Consultancy. The stores are evaluated taking into account six criteria: range of products, availability and service, specialization and provision of information, ease of purchase and price.
In the Telecommunications category, the vote of consumers goes to the MEO stores, which are distinguished as "The Best Store in Portugal 2021/2022". This award is in recognition of the work carried out by the commercial teams, both in stores and in the management of MEO's retail network.
