The company responsible for Grupo Altice's Customer Care and Commercial areas will hire 1100 people, as of July 1st, for 12 call centers, in a nearshoring operation (foreign customers) from Portugal.
Continuing the choice made by the Altice Group to hire Intelcia Portugal to operate in the Group's outsourcing and service provision areas, the company will, from July 1st, increase the operation and integrate 1100 new employees.
These human resources will be at the service of 12 call centers in a nearshoring operation (foreign customers) from Portugal. Translating into an investment in the creation of specialized jobs.
The company has been part of the Altice family since November last year, having been, from that date, responsible for the Group's Customer Care and Commercial areas.
With 20 years of experience, the Altice Group company has invested in its development in Portugal and is today one of the main players in customer service, employing around 6 thousand people in Portugal.
For Intelcia Portugal, "this project represents the reinforcement of Intelcia's presence in the national and international market, as well as a stimulus to the Portuguese economy, with the objective of attracting new projects to the country."
