Following on from Entrecampos, the new MEO stores proximity concept arrived in the city of Coimbra. The space was inaugurated on September 23rd and was attended by João Epifânio, Altice Portugal's Chief Sales Officer B2C.
There are five service positions, for 11 specialized professionals, and a new 74 m2 space which, as of today, September 23rd, will open at the CoimbraShopping Centre. This results from Altice Portugal's commitment to the new proximity concept applied to MEO stores, whose objective is to improve the customer experience.
The modernized physical store network ensures customer service with no physical barriers between customers and professionals and has been designed so that customers can try out the services and products featured in the portfolio of the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal.
The new large MEO Store, with an open front and no counters separating those who serve from those who are served, promotes a closer and more emotional style of service, aimed at adapting each customer's experience to their consumption patterns and way of life. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of communication campaigns.
The new MEO Store will be open seven days a week, at CoimbraShopping, from 9 am to 10 pm.
