Altice Portugal has just opened a new MEO store in Barreiro, in the Fórum Barreiro Shopping Centre, with a new concept of proximity, with no physical barriers between customers and service professionals, and designed for customers to try out in loco all services in the portfolio of the biggest telecommunications operator in Portugal.
The new 112 sqm MEO space in Barreiro is part of Altice Portugal's investment in the improvement of the experience of all its customers through the modernization of its network of physical stores.
The most recent large MEO store has no service counter separating those who attend from those who are attended, which promotes a closer and more emotional style of service, designed to adapt the experience of each customer to his consumption patterns and way of life.
The new eminently technological store has the latest generation digital screens to see and promote MEO communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends of the telecommunications sector at the international level.
The new MEO store in Barreiro has five customer care positions with a total of 12 specialized professionals. It will be open seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 10 PM, and will allow all inhabitants of Barreiro a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group brands, either in terms of product and service experimentation of the MEO, MOCHE and Altice Empresas brands, or in terms of technical support, provided by MEO Stores throughout the country.
