It is a new year but the modernization of the MEO physical store network to improve the experience of all its consumers continues to be one of Altice Portugal's strong bets for 2023.
As such, this Wednesday Altice Portugal inaugurated its first store of the year in Paços de Ferreira in the Ferrara Plaza, with a concept of proximity with no physical barriers between customers and service professionals and designed for trying out all the services and products featured in the portfolio of the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal.
MEO's most recent spacious 25 m² store with no service desk separating who serves from the person being served, promotes a closer and more emotional style of service, aimed at adapting the experience of each customer to their consumption patterns and way of life.
The new highly technological stores which have been renovated throughout the country, include state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO's communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at an international level.
The new store features three customer service positions for a total of six specialized professionals. Operating seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm, it will allow everyone to have a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group brands, whether in terms of trying out products and services from the MEO, MOCHE, and Altice Empresas brands and in terms of the technical support provided by MEO stores across the country.
